Portland's upcoming petro diesel ban and more with Star Oilco's Mark Fitz

In this video Mark Fitz, president of Star Oilco a multiservice marketer out of Oregon, discusses several major renewable/low-carbon fuels initiatives in Portland, Ore. These include the petroleum diesel ban set for 2030 and the effort to cut terminal storage tank populations by 20%.
